Who has been your favorite professor and why?
My favorite professor is Clay Peterson. He is a great professor and always very helpful in office hours. He also explains the subjects that he's teaching in a way that is fun and interesting.

What advice would you give to a first-year student?
Go to office hours! It's easy to get lost in the material, but the University of Iowa has great professors who are willing to take the time to help you.

What are your post-graduation plans?
I am applying to medical school this summer in hopes of becoming a dermatologist.

Anything else?
I traveled to Haiti over winter break and fell in love with the culture and people. I plan on going back in the future to explore the culture even more.
